2020 Western Canada school tour, featuring this year's show:

Marooned on a distant island with his daughter Miranda, Prospero has spent twelve years perfecting his magic arts. Surrounded by wild spirits and deformed monsters, he tends to his daughter and dreams of vengeance. When chance offers Prospero his revenge, he raises a storm at sea, bringing within his grasp his enemies who robbed him of his Dukedom.
Imbued with a spirit of magic and the supernatural, The Tempest, Shakespeare’s last great masterpiece, is a hilarious romp for all ages; pitting the desire for revenge against the demands of love.
Shakespeare Canada will be performing in the following areas:
October: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland. P.E.I.
November - June: Quebec & Ontario
March - May: British Columbia & Alberta
May - June: New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, Newfoundland. P.E.I.
The show is 90 min. long and is suitable for all ages.
