Emma Salkeld
Ariel, Caliban

Emma Salkeld first found the stage as a dancer at the age of 3. Ever since she has continued to develop her talents in such styles as ballet, contemporary and jazz among others. When she was young, she developed an interest in theatre but was forced to make a decision between the two disciplines, which made her leave this new artistic interest aside for many years. It was in High School that she rediscovered her love for acting in a production of And Then There Were None by Agatha Christie.
Through this experience, Emma realized that acting was something she wanted to take more seriously and began taking classes and workshops to refine her skills. She is now a part of the most recent graduating class of the Dawson Theatre Program and is very excited to have her professional debut with Shakespeare Canada.
